DAT Packer prior to Version 2008

Does anyone know where I can find the DAT Packer version prior to the current one on the LEX? The new one simply does deliver too many problems the old one did not have.

The old versiondelivers problem, ie it doesn't read and pack files exactly like SC4 does so you might not experience gameplay like uncompressed files

What problem do you have with the current version ?
