Corrupted backgrounds PLEASE HELP!

While I was seeing if you could replace the games backgrounds (C:, PRogram Files, Maxis, SC4, Plugins,) I accidently overwrote the originals!!! I had copied and pasted, but was too stupid to rename them, so they were overwritten... Now cities won't load! Is there a way to recover these (without re-installing or system restore) or can you re-download these default files. Or, someone could please e-mail them to me.
