Can any good soul update me about latest news?

Hello folks, how're u all? I'm back after a lot of months (4, and maybe more) where I've been missing due to job and study reasons. Since so much time has passed, I would like to know if there has been any big improvement of any kind to the game.
Maybe some new releases about NAM, textures, game patches, RTMT, dat packer and, mainly any new development of CAM (CAM 2.0 maybe?)
Please, tell me what's boiling in the pot and if there is anything big next to be released, so I can start to play SC4 again with all the stuff, without the need to "update" any previously made city.

I know a few of the recent updates were mentioned in the latest version of the SC4D Podcast but just check out the first few pages of the LEX, there has been plenty of development that listing it all would be difficult. There's an updated NAM, new bridges, single track rail, new maps, buildings, etc. All of it should be able to be integrated into any existing city. Hope that helps.
