Serious problem with a plugin(or something)!

It happens on a certain zoom only, it was like that when I loaded the city I just though it was a glitch from me switching programs while saving but after zooming in and out it was still there. So I'm guessing some plugin has changed the terrain texture. I have had a terrain texture mod in for a long time now and this has never happened before so it's not that.
All I've recently installed in Peg's Security fences, Gate Community plugin (here) And NOB's Waste to Energy Plant, Water system, Power plant, and the pipes and WtoE addon.




Anyone know about this before I start removing plugins?

Check NOB's texture pack first, Jonathan, as I suspect it may be using conflicting IIDs for the textures.

OK... I took all the NOB plugins out, run the game and the glitch had gone.
Put them all in one by one and didn't come back??

I have no idea how that works?

I'm starting to think it isn't a problem with plugins, randomly it just started again but worse, now it affects lots of things (only on one zoom though) including buildings are now blackened, some textures on like roundabout go, and the HSRP textures are wierd, pink and dotty/random.

Is it maybe something to do with my city? Shall I attach it?

I've had a similar problem once some time ago when I accidentally saved one of the simcity_x.dat files while opening it with the reader. Do you think this (or something similar) might be possible in your case?

If not, I'm afraid I have to agree with Jayson :/

Well I've only had this with SC4, and i had minimized and restored the window several times in the process of taking the screenshots, but suddenly after restoring it everything back to normal. Hopefully it's not my card as I can't afford one now. Hopefully it's just me having played with the SC_x.dats and stupidly saving one.
