One thing though, perhaps you could find the time/way to make this slope friendly, I just think it would look perfect on top of a green hill.

I personally love the wooded garden. It gives it a very natural feel to it. I really preferr the second lot. And also the diagonal placement of the building gives it extra character. Good work swi!

As this was my semester project for school (well allmost) I wanted to preserve the initial concept by introducing a vegetal portico (the tree range) in front of the built one. It's included to the lot and the road is a transit enabled one.

Do you mean that the street in front of your BAT and the trees path on the other side are part of the lot ? OMG, that is an awesome idea!!!!! And it blend totally with the "normal" road .

I have lots of projects unfinished... For the moment, I am considering finishing the renaissance garden, with the Orangery and maybe a chateau but i'm not sure yet about that last one.

I also have to finalise the Zappeion but i'm still having problems with lighting and textures... most probably size problems...

my only comment on the beautiful house would be to remove the palm trees from the lot, the other trees are great, but palms....

I am now working on the renaissance park and the orangery. Will post pics in a couple of days, but there is lots of work to do.... For the Zappeion, I don't know what is happening ... I may rework the models for size...

i have this orangery project since 2006... i don't realy know what happend in the last year and a half, as i was very concerned by my studies... this summer i'm exceptonnaly available and i count on that free time to finish or make all the bats i wish to do.. will be back soon
