Wow: I love that harbour area SA!  Great under-bridge lots, fantastic placing of the cable-stayed bridge and well-made industry and residential areas.  Very impressive picture!

I just have to vote for it but Vershner's shot would have taken the cake with that time delay and nighlighting except it was a port and ports are my favourite.
