I make it a tie... although the stream and forrest look like a very pleasant place, I do really like the setting in Callbats urban picture.: it's like watching from a plane window.

Ok... time for my opinions....

Diggis: Overall, I like your picture. It has a nice rural feel. But... I really don't like the icon you put in the upper left corner. It draws attention away from the picture, and pulls it to the icon.

Callibat: Normally, I love fog/clouds. I use it all the time, and have even HOF's on a foggy picture. But... well, your fog has no dimension. I feel you could have made use of layers and transparency, and if you have Photoshop, there are even great brushes to enhance that 3-dimensional look.
