Very cool update, lots of great shots!  Interesting bit of story as well, glad everything came out ok.

kwakelaar

That is a beautiful parking lot with the big fountains. And nice work on your launch of the space shuttle. Luckily no nuclear disaster in Atrubia this time.

Evillions8

How did you make those "road under jetways" stuff anyways?  Besides the SC4 Tool for sure. :P

Cyclone1001

You do wayyyyyyy too good! Being that good should be illegal :P

As I said in the League of Nations version, there is something similar to road under jetway at Honolulu International. The bus route, the Wiki-Wiki Shuttle inspired the name of Wikipedia.

When waiting for the Wiki-Wiki Shuttle, there isn't a neat line. Imagine a bus stop with about 40 people trying to get on while carrying luggage. That could be helpful if you release the lot on the STEX or something.

I will do replies soon! I promise! By now, some of you anyway, know that I went on a cruise to the Bahamas. More specifically, Nassau and Cococay. But we skipped Cococay due to bad weather, oh well I guess! Anways here are some pics from my trip to Nassau on board the Majesty of The Seas!

I woke op on Sunday, December 20th, 2009 in Nassau. Although we arrived the night before. ;)

Sorry I only had three of the island. Lol. But one good thing did come out of skipping Cococay...

OASIS OF THE SEAS!

Yeah! It was docked in port the same day we were. Here are some more pics. The ship left before us around 2:00 PM EST.

Here is it leaving...

Hope you all have a great week. And look out for a Christmas update!

My new MD. Check it out if you wish.

Adrian, I miss you man.

Seems like you're having a great time.  :P  Those cruise ships are huge up close.  I haven't seen any since they stopped coming to Honolulu.  &mmm

Update 56: Resort Opening

Geoff: Thanks!

Adrian: Thanks! The tanks are there to protect the airliner next to it and to discourage the terrorist.

Battlecat: Thankyou.

kwakelaar: yeah. Whew! :-[

Evillions8: they are non-functional and the textures can be found in the AC team's downloads.

Cyclone1001: Thanks a bunch!

Tomas Neto: Thanks!

976: Thankyou!

emgmod: Wow. I didn't know that. And I don't plan to release it. Too much custom content and exclusive content.

sumwonyuno: I did. :) They are huge up close and it sucks that they stopped coming to Honolulu.

Adrian: Everybody needs one! Its awesome. :) And, uh, maybe... You never know. ;)

Welcome to Bayn Hassad Resort. Tooheys wanted a place where:

QuoteAlex, all I can ask is for a park or plaza along the water where all the folks from SC4d can meet for a Xmas get together. With scenery like yours, I'm sure it would be a great evening.

Well, I've taken it one step further. And put a resort on the island!

West beach. The second smallest.

Southwest beach. The smallest.

Southeast beach. The second largest.

East beach. The, by far, biggest. It takes two pics to even show how big it is.

Some of you may be thinking, "Why is this island located so far offshore?" Well, don't jump to conclusons. It is located fairly close to a port. Hence all the breakwater,

One of the biggest shipping container termionals in the world is for the Anna Maersk.

Thanks to Joel in the picture competition, I have solved my problem for diagonal ports... Breakwaters!

Even the president was here to open the port.

An overview...

Some of you may be thinking, "What are those tiny islands for?" Simple, they are SAM battlements (Suface-Air Missle) in case if an air attack on the port and Atrubia's largest city. We are in the mid east remember? Can't be too careful. ;)

Great job on your Christmas update. You should have jumped on the Christmas MD bandwagon and posted a snow picture. I'm not joking.

scott1964

Looks great.  :D Where did you get those cool beach chairs?  :o

adroman

A snow shot? In the Middle East?  &Thk/(

A wonderful update, Alex! I particularly like that Container Ship... Though, (it's probably just the model), it seems a bit bright.

Also, looks like Atrubian Presidential Transports are keeping up with the times...  :D A fantastic Resort, how much for a weeks stay?

Havva good one,
Adrian.

Cool update  :), where did you get that ship and Do you need a passport to go to the Bahamas?

I like the shape of the island, it's very creative! The building in the center also flows with the shape of the island nicely. Excellent job!
