The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

I don't know what the RHI Mod is so can you give a bit more information please?

You mean the RHW?  And how exactly are you not able to download it.

If you're not seeing the "Click here to download button", you need to be registered and logged in on the LEX.  (LEX registration is separate from Forums registration.)

Also, if you've try to download a certain file more than a certain number of times per day, it will prevented you from downloading it again for the rest of the day.  This is to preserve bandwidth and prevent potentially illegitimate download count boosting.

Edit: I've moved the topic to LEX Support as well--it's not a tutorial on playing the game.
