First of all, my apologize if this is not the right section, a moderator can move this topic !  ;)

Well, here is my problem:

When I go to the metro view or when I want to put some metro stations, everything are right, but when I decide to be back to the "normal view", the game froze for 15~20 minutes.. It's very disturbing because I can't build metro in my city until I loose 20 precious minutes. (when I don't have many time to play It's very disturbing) And also, when It's in metro view, I see the props on the LOT,  thought before there wasn't when I make my metros lines.

so here's a picture to explain the problem :

I write that in the NAM place because that happened since I installed the latest NAM.

thanks in advance for the futures helps,
-Arthur.

The current NAM contains new "Data View" plugins that alter the zone view, in order to spot transit stations more easily. Buildings are removed from the view, but props stay, rather than disappearing as well. Unfortuately, the game always needs a lot of time to reload the buildings, that's why it takes so long to switch between the modes. If your computer can't handle this behaviour within a reasonable amount of time, I suggest to remove the Data View Plugin from your plugins folder.

Ahh, thats why the props were staying, thanks Andreas :)

Thanks very much Andreas, I think I will remove it !  ;) I ask here after testing the "returning from metro view" to see if that work faster.

Actually, it's not necessary to remove this view in order to eliminate the delay almost completely.  Just DATPack your files.  Not only will it fix this problem, but it will eliminate almost all the delay present in returning from the Zones view (which was always there).  And your whole game will start up much faster, which is why the DATPacker was invented.
