My city commercial doesn't get development ()sad(). The demand at maximum! And then, desirability are green. What is the effect? My residential buildings are abandoned, because unemployment. I tried to make landmark, plaza and also many neighbor connection. But, not work. I have medium international airport in the city .
My residential pop: 742 k
Commercial : 447 k
Industrial:
92 k
Commute time: 62 mins and keep rising
Education : 187
Life expetacy : 89
Crime : 20 reported, 17 arrested.
Please help me. I don't know what happen.

Do u use NAM Z?  I have the same problem, see Nam issues thread, topic: post your nam questions & problems here.. should be in pp.69/70, ripplejet & z pointed out the problem
