Hi, I have been playing SC4 on and off since it's release many many years ago now lol. And out of nowhere, the area outside of the city edges that is supposed to be a blue grid-like background is now black, and when I save my city, it turns this really bright annoying looking green color. And when I am zoomed in, and move the screen, I am getting this "sheering" of the buildings that does not go away unless I zoom back out again.

Was wondering if anyone knows what in the world is going on, and how to fix it?
