Great update and photoshopping! It really looks like the mayor is thinking for the future growth of the town by widening the main roads. The commie blocks look really nice, too... Maybe because they're a common sight here in my country

I kontrast till miljonprogrammet så har man även byggt fler radhus och villor:
There has been some more suburban development, in contrast to the Million Programme and its following urban renewal:

Man har även beslutat att riva de äldsta byggnaderna i staden, till förmån för en ny kontorsbyggnad.
As a part of the urban renewal, it has been decided that the old buildings in town are to be replaced with a new office.

Nice update! There must've been a lot of commercial demand for such a big office building What about building a train station next to the avenue or maybe south of that new suburban development?
