Hi, Everybody.
I am Thai Player. I have some problem to request your help. How to make and design building before use in the game? What kind of program use to create that? Thank you so much. (ขอบคุณครับ)

If you want to create your own custom building, then prepare yourself for quite a learning process... :)

1. Download B.A.T (and gmax from Turbosquid) and Maxis' Plugin Manager here.
(accept the terms and navigate to Building Architect Tool (BAT).
Later you will also need the Lot Editor, in order to place your building on a lot...

2. Read and work yourself through Philippbo's BAT Essentials.

3. Find additional BAT tutorials under B.A.T. Tutorials.
