Can't find a lot...

Hey all

Looking for a lot I know I've seen in the past, but over the process of getting new computers, re-installing OS's and the like, I keep needing to go looking again for new BATs. I always manage to re-install the game after I think I'm done with it...

Anyway, it's a air pollution fighting device. It's a 1X1 size lot that has two trees on either side of it with textured pipes running along it. The idea is you set it up in rows, and there's this whole psudoscientific way that the pipes funnel the pollution out of the air. Basically I like it because it's sophisticated and has a limited area of effectiveness, as if it might actually exist... if anybody could point me to that lot on the LEX or STEX I'd appreciate it.
