Seaside Heliport

I am looking for the seaside heliport on the bottom right hand corner of the following image:


Unfortunately, I haven't got a clue about its name. And since it is probably not a part of AC Functional Airports, I tried to find it in STEX & LEX, but no luck at all.

Would some one please point out its name, description, and location where it would probably be available? Thanks for your helping hand.
