ky72x:  Thanks for catching that.  I looked at the query GUID and have no idea where that number came from. ::)  Anyway, it's fixed and updated on the LEX.

So, due to one reason or another, things have been moving a bit slowly.  Maybe it's the fact that I'm working on 7 BATs, amongst other items. :P  I've just about finished this one.  There's a few things left to tweak and some props to add, but that won't take too long.  It's really a simple building, but I kinda like it. :D  Cheers!

ky72x

No problem, glad I could help. :)

The new BAT looks nice!  The building itself kinda looks like an I-HT, but the whole lot overall looks like an I-M.  Either way is good, though.  :P I really like the sloped loading bay at the back of the building.  Speaking of the loading area, those trailer props look new.  Looks like another prop pack! :D Keep up the great work.

jacqulina

excellent work your doing here &apls &apls

Great work as usual Jestarr. I agree with Kyle that this building looks an I-ht building

Here's a little tidbit for your perusal.  I found the picture on the net and liked it, so I started making a similar one.  It's going to be an underwater research station.  Cheers!

A nice diversion.. quite apart from your usual.. I like it

That's very cool, I'd like to see the RL pictures.

&apls &apls Yep , very interesting bat. That good to see something different . Great choice

jestarr

I'm glad y'all like it. ;D  Unfortunately, I've come a cropper with it.  I did a test render and placed it on a water lot.  The problem is that it's almost invisible, even using a transparent water mod.  To be believable, it needs to be completely under water, a fair distance, and the best I've come up with, so far, is a shadowy blob. ::)

Chrisadams3997

Ah, bummer.  I didn't think of that.

Which means it's time to get creative :D.  Float it to the top, put some big pontoons around it and call it a museum or some such :P.

the simmars team might like it
I find that alcohol, taken in sufficient quantities, can bring about all the effects of drunkenness.

kimcar

Maybe that can be use as the top of the under water building , or kind of . Just suggest. &mmm ;)

Cool building
The lower part reminds me of a USB hub :D

jestarr

Here's a bit of something I've been playing with.  This is a low quality render just to see if it would work correctly.  The barge textures need some variation and the rock texture still needs to be adjusted, but it seems to be viable. :)  Cheers!

CasperVg

Cheers! That looks very nice  :)

now thats really nice! the barges look great and they are on water rather than a canal, that makes them even better! are the barges seperate pieces, or are they together? also, do they include the tugboat or can they be separated from the boat?   im just wondering, the more the merrier . i would love to use these in my port. keep up the awesome work!

jestarr

What you see is all one piece, and is actually a building, not a prop.  It needs to be a building, so it will sit on top of the water, instead of sinking to the bottom. :D

jmdude1

haha...how right you are. ive made so many floating boats....i shouldve known that...brain fart!

Chrisadams3997

Awesome , I've seen lots of barges like this on the Mississippi and Intercoastal.
