Now, that water and sand really caught my eye    The region is progressing quite nicely.  I don't have a problem with the Maxis content; you've done a nice job at combining things to look different.

UPDATE: Gracedale, Riverside farmland...

More and more people have been moving into Biltmore. With an increased number of people in the area, more and more jobs have been required. Farmland now stretches across the plains to the west thru Gracedale to the north and Riverside to the south...

Southfield, farms, suburbs and the first skyscrapers of Biltmore...

Biltmore is expanding hugely. Southfield a large farming town has been constructed to the south of Riverside...

Just a small update...

Columbia, Oakwood Boulevard has several shops along it. The congestion is very bad on this road. Construction has started of an extension to the Columbia Line...
