Beautiful mosaic Thomas, you make really good rural landscapes!

Also nice picture Lowkee, I like the peaceful, little autumn-ish feeling in the picture.
Has it really been almost 2 years?
Must return. :)

MattyFo

Great stuff as always Tomas!!  Here's a little something from me, finally getting my feet wet in the rural aspect of the game.  It's not 100% done yet though,  Still more detail work needed for the forest in the lower part of the pic.  I thought I would get some feedback on it while I was here ;)

Awesome stuff here! Tomas, epic mosaic ;D
I'm the one who jumped across the Grand Canyon... and lived.

Hi folks,
it´s time to show my first pic. I´m a real beginner, but I´m so happy about this scene. I have to show you, as a little thankyou to all the batters out there, they made this game playable...

I hope you like it,
greets eufl

Nice little community with good detail eufl  :thumbsup:

Welcome to SC4 Devotion Eufl :)

Nice railway.  It is not often to see loading/docking areas in SC4 and I like that.  It may be a little cramped though.

You may be interested in this mod.  It will get rid of those toilet paper trees.  You will have to register and log in here if you havent done so already.

carlfatal

@cubby,
thanks, but the main part of the village is on the other side of the little creek, left outside of the pic... ;)
@Lowkee,
I didn´t know a thing about this toiletpapertree, before it grew there. Now it has an end with this little mod, cool! Thanks a lot,
greets, eufl

Albus of Garaway

Nice job, eufl! That looks like a quaint neighborhood. Welcome to SC4D!

carlfatal

Thanks Albus,
yeah, it was something between the sixties and the seventies in the middle of nowhere. Unluckily the region died yesterday cause of a little bug, I have to begin a new one. But before I show a second pic, another little station, Ronstington, in the same county named St George...

and some older pic of a  european village in my region Steinwalden,

greets eufl

Girafe

it was a good start  ;)
what a pity you had a problem with this region, the new one will be better  :)

what is funny is that I recognize at first glance the german style, don't know why in Germany you build your cities in the same way but beautiful way   ::)

Thanks girafe,
it´s crazy, cause my interest was to build some more american neighborhood, but yes, I only can build what I see, and then it will be more german style. But my plugins are more american for now, cause I can´t use a lot of my cc if I´m playing on my netbook. It´s too slow for a big plugin folder  :angrymore:. I hope to show more in the next days, a new region is born, and I´m busy with developing. The god´s may help me to realize some nice rural county without any technical problems... ;D

Cool picture, Bill_Chen,
I especially like if I see no straight or diagonal lines: this is no more simcity, its nearly real. And also the ballon: never I would rise with one, but it looks quite awful, how you present this peaceful scene &apls.

great photo  :thumbsup:

and also, could anyone tell me, or give me the link, to the trees in this picture? they look very good.

carlfatal

@wwvictory,
the trees are made by simfox. Look for them in the Exchange, there are two sets I think, and yeah, they are the best stuff you can find,
