I have this excellent rock mod, Light_Granite_RockMod_by_Rayden, just wonderful, but one thing, I was wondering if it is possible to get the mapfile (texturefile or whatever it is called) out (exported) and into Paint to make it a little darker, then to import it back to the datfile? To me it is a little too bright, but the textures on it couldn't be better.
Please be specific when explaining how it is done (I know how to use photoshop or Paint well enough, so no need to explain this part). Thanks.

One more thing, is there a list somewhere of all the rockmods or any other terrainmods available? Doing a seach only brings up two.......

I'll get you a darker version in a bit. ;)

Rayden, Wonderful, I didn't want to bother you with this, but if you're willing to do it....wow...thanks!

It only takes a couple of minutes ;)

Rayden,
Sorry it took some time to respond but I had to see it ingame. If it only takes a couple of minutes, whenever you have the time, could you please make it a little lighter, something in between the original light and this Version. As I said above, the original is just a little too bright.

Not that this version looks bad, contrary, but for my purposes it is a little too dark now....lol. Sorry about this, that is why I didn't ask you in the first place and wanted to know how to do by myself....;) If you can offer me a version right in between the two, I will be totally satisfied and thankful. Thanks for helping me out....no rush.

OK, here is one right between the two, but isn't that painful? $%Grinno$%

Right on! Just perfect for my use. Thanks a lot, much appreciated.

Fred

EDIT: Just in case you were wondering why all this precision. I am about to finish my castle in gmax and I wanted the rockmod to be a little like the material I used for the castle for the perfect picture when I upload it.....<

Thanks again Rayden.

Fred

The development of the castle can be seen in my BATthread *Nexis Works*
