Help With Meadowshire Terrain Mod?

   I have downloaded the Meadowshire Terrain Mod but realized that its dependencies were in Simtropolis and when I downloaded the dependencies, it said it could take an HOUR, yes an HOUR, to download. So I decided not to download it and now I can't play my city. I deleted the file and I re installed it to read the readme to find out that you need some folder to uninstall it. What is that folder and I need help about how you can uninstall the Meadowshire Terrain Mod and be able to play my city again.

To uninstall the mod you just need to delete the folder it installs in the plugins folder.  However, the dependencies for it should be here on the LEX.  Could you please explain which ones are on the STEX?

Well, I don't know exactly what the dependencies are called but the links from the readme lead to the STEX. I think the dependencies start with CP_ (maybe not exactly but that is what I think it starts with).

CPT No. 3 Terrain textures doesn't seem to be here though. I could have swore it was here at one point

I have installed the pack 4 thing and thanks for the link bob56 and now I need the link for the pack 3 download. Gosh I kinda hate how long things from the STEX download. What is the reason for the long wait? And also, where I am right now, it's pouring HARD!! Hint, I'm from central California. Very HEAVY rain!!!!!!
