I should use a few more superlatives to describe my feeling on this update.

But less is more. I just have to say that the floats and the Antigone Airplane are superb!

I really, really love this update!!!!. So much work and planning has gone into this. A job very well done!

Well , I try ...

*relief sigh* As I'm an airplane phobic , I can tell you that I wasn't proud during this landing ... . Fortunately (even if so far I didn't locate AntigOne on a map ) the flight lasted less than an hour .
Thank you to have had this great attention to create this special and wonderful airplane prop with AntigOne's flag .

Of course I'm really proud to participate  to HRH King William Gardennes' jubilee celebration ... and I hope that I will find the time to stroll around Payens' citadel , streets and along the canal ( ).
Even after the teaser picture in competition , this parade is the most unexpected & successful "thing" I've seen so far under SC4 .    
(I'm actually thinking about to request at admins of this site to forbid BATers' MDs ... )
I love everything else ... your own London Eyes' Lot , the way you inserted these pictures to OBN TV screen ...

And there's not only to see , the annual AIDS Research Benefit is a particular attention ....which I particularly enjoy , for particular reasons .

I intended first to tell you this after the end of this jubilee , but as I'm already flabbergasted I can't wait anymore : when I registered to SC4Devotion 5 months ago , I would NEVER have thought to make a so great , beautiful and rich meeting as I have made with you .

Wow ...Thanks for all the comments everyone! I really appreciate your enthusiasm. One thing I wanted to mention before I reply to your comments is that I did not bat the balloons...they were all found on the web in various locations, all I did was import them into gmax, throw some textures on them and render them for the game. I did bat aspects of the band using a base person model that I obtained from SimGoober. Everything else was props available here or at ST (mostly Riptide).

Now a few quick replies before I start my day...

@Snorrelli - Thanks for your comment, I'm glad you liked the parade I put together. It did take me a while to lot everything and take some decent pictures, but I was pleased with the overall effect...and I'm glad you liked it too!

@Snaper - Thanks! I tried to have a little bit of everything. I would've liked to have more floats, but I just haven't had the time to bat any and honestly I'm not sure where I would start or even do, they tend to be so intricate. I think what I did come up with was a reasonable interpretation of a modern day parade (I had Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in the back of my mind when I was coming up with stuff). I'm glad you like the Eye...I'll show some more up close pictures in the future, probably in the form of a mosaic, when I do pictures around the 4th Ward. I'm glad you liked everything. I commented in your MD about your mosaic showing the new GLR...expect to see your ideas incorporated into Payens  Thanks again!

@Fleder200 - I'm glad it was photo worthy...I love your additional smilies! Anyways, I'm glad you liked the update and parade balloons...it was something I've wanted to do in SC4 for quite awhile now and just hadn't got around to trying it yet. Thanks again for your comment!

@Strechnitz - Thanks as always Strech! I'm glad you liked the parade, I was trying to think like you when I was writing the dialouge among newscasters. I fear that it doesn't come as easy to me as it does to you...it took forever to figure out what to have them say,  The arrival of the Stropon delegation will have their own plane, so I'm glad you liked what I came up with for Antigone. Much planning has gone into this...which has made it larger than I probably should've tried to do...so much left to get ready for, I fear that tomorrows update might be later than earlier in the day  Anyways, thanks for all your input into this set of updates...I really appreciate it! Thanks again, my friend!

@Vester - Thanks Vester, I'm glad you liked the first of the Jubilee updates. There will be another parade in the next update, but it will be a military parade, so quite different in spirit. I hope you tune in again to check it out!

@Sebes - Well, I'm trying to keep up! It is much harder to stay on top of a MD than I ever anticipated. After I update it seems like time passes so fast and it is time for me to come up with another update....almost like work  not really  I really enjoy putting this stuff together, it is a great stress reliever. It took me forever to find pictures on the net that I could manipulate to use as a new set for Osturland, but I like what the good folks at CBS have provided  You'll see more of them even past the 2nd Jubilee update...Catie Kouric is the face of the OBN News Hour so she'll be around to report on major happenings in Osturland! Thanks again for your comment and the dancing elephant!

@Bengt - Thanks Bengt! I'm glad you liked the parade I came up with and the balloons I found on the web. I did realize that I forgot some key band members as I was posting the update....no drums! I have 7 other instruments, but forgot all the drum core...I'll remedy that for the next update. Again, thanks for stopping by and posting!

I'm glad you like what I came up with for the parade...I mentioned this earlier, but I always wanted to try and pull off a traditional parade that I watched growing up as a kid (actually I still never miss the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade). I had never seen this many balloons in a MD/CJ before, but I have seen a CJ with a single balloon. So while not completely unique, I think it is the single largest parade that I've ever seen posted in a CJ/MD. Anyways, I'm glad that you stopped by and commented on my efforts! I always appreciate comments!

@Kimcar - Thanks for your comments Kimcar! Glad to hear that you liked the parade, although I don't think you should stop playing and enjoy my MD  I mean...I think you should continue to enjoy my MD...just add it to your overall SC4 experience along with all the great things the community has to offer  This is why I love this game so much...I have alot of fun playing it and then I can go online, check out what others are doing and enjoy their stuff, then try some of there ideas in my own cities...it is a terrible cycle, that I just love! @Badsim - Glad to hear you liked the update Cedric! An airplane phobic, huh? Well Air Anitigone is the only way to fly if you have a fear of flying!  I'm glad you liked the Antigone-themed airplane, if you want a copy I could give you several versions with the plane parked in different ways (such as diagonal on the tarmac, straight on the tarmac, etc.). Well, hopefully you'll get some stroll time, but we do have a jammed packed day of fun and excitment....so many functions to go to you know  . Whatever you do...don't request the admins to not allow batter to have MD's...I create bats, for my MD! I have a plan in the back of my head for everything I create without my MD, I don't think I'd have much enthusiasm to bat    Anways, I'm glad you liked the Eye, I'll do some closer pictures of it in the future when I do some mosaics of the 4th Ward. As for the OBN News set, I had an awful time finding those pictures to use, but I'm glad I found them, I think they add alot to the presentation of a news cast and I was quite satisfied with the overall effect. The Benefit was a huge success and much money was raised since it was a sell out! 

The feeling is mutual. I have very much enjoyed our conversations that we've had thus far and look forward to conversing with you well into the future. You are a valued friend to me Cedric!

Yohoo, a new update, I have been looking at this parade a few times already and I enjoy every time.

This has been a fantastic celebration so far, and like the rest I love the parade (have not seen anything quite like it before) and the presentation of this update is also very special. You have managed very well to capture the feel of a live broadcast, changing from one happening to another.
And again you have shown a few views of the elegance of Payens, the oprea and the area around the new Payens Eye.
