I can also see a lot of mixed styles in your MD, although this can be a very good thing and it can also work against you. For example, Aleking, one of the best players to ever grace Sim City always uses buildings from all sorts of different styles in a single city tile and really makes it work.
In your third picture down, I see a mix of European/ German/ French mid rise buildings nearer to the rivers edge, then as you move a little more back you move into a rather out of place feeling pocket of mid level skyscrapers which contains British, American and even Chinese architecture, and then if you just move up a little, you're back into some sort of tropical feeling suburbs. All this within a couple hundred meters from a major airport runway. But don't get me wrong, this could have developed into a beautiful city, and still have used all the same buildings. Personally, I just all don't like the transport layout, the bright pink street textures and how quickly things move from skyscrapers- to suburbs- to mid-rises – to airports, which is all mixed in with a nice amount of smog, zots, blank tiles, blackened buildings and a PEG skyfarm?
Incorporating mixed styles as you have shown here has nothing to do with how good your City Building skills are.

But on with what I do like, in the 'random shot' I really like the use of French and American buildings, they work well together and how you've used a lot of different trees all over your city which makes for a great overall look.

By the way, I mean this to mean no offence to you, I'm just trying to prove a point. 
(All in all, this is still a high quality MD.)

Limited Edition

Rules will be simple: one tile, one city, one MD. With this one I will "improve" my MD skills and citybuilding skills and maybe I even use photoshopping. After everything is ready, I will return to build Qaddro which will go as INACTIVE MD. It will continue after this, so this is one city only.

Already I have made canals and main roads for the city aswell plopped some landmarks there. City is named as Zooropa and I will give all stats, flags and other stuff like good MD should give.

Starting with overview and one close-up. Enjoy.

Excellent use of the Millenium Bridge there Krio. Looks great so far, the placment of the Smith Tower is awesome. Maybe for inspiration, I'll send you the pics I took from the top. That looks to be what, a small tile, maybe medium? Good luck with this my friend.
