Yeah or little dirtier? If its concrete-type material, it could get dirty easily if its located near highway and if its has massive parking lot, then the emissions makes it little dirty.

I must concur with dita here.  This is great work, Heblem.  Absolutely great work.  I'm amazed at your speed as well.  It's awesome that you're doing a lot of suburban stuff, as that's an area that I think always can use expanding!
