That seaport is looking very nice, Robin!

Also nice progress on each stage!

I wish you a Happy Birthday (, too)!

thundercrack83

Hey, those stages look amazing, Robin! Excellent work! And...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Dustin

Nardo69

Looks great but I would add a fence and some security tower(s) along the street. Frogface made a nice one long ago on ST.

And a nice railway connection wouldn't be a loss, optical too ...

And as Dustin said:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Bernhard

JoeST

Looking brilliant with that port... and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Happy birthday Robin!

The lot looks excellent. Just two suggestions, first is a few more people standing around, and the second is a little more stuff just lying around, like maybe some of jestarr's handcarts etc near the truck parking.

Can't wait to see more though! It is always interesting for me to see someone's take on lotting ports, as I do it also

Well Robin, you go quiet on us for a while and then sock us with this (which probably explains why Mind Scape has been quiet by your standards).

I am assuming that the ports and not in fact six seperate ports, but one port that "grows" in-game from stage 1 up to stage 6 much like R-C-I growth.

If this is the case - WOW, how'd'ya do that?

I think they look great.  Maybe Bernahrd's point about security fencing, or just having a bit more "space" between the turcks and the road, would enhance the lot(s) even more.

It's interesting to think how you might use them in-game.  I'm knida thinking as small stand-alone ports rather than putting them together to build a larger, modular port.  I'd be interested to see how else you've used them when other lots are nearby.

Did you develop these on your own?

Well, this is a very interesting development, and I can't wait to see more.

Great stuff Robin.

All the best

Paul

Hello Everyone,

I hope that you all are enjoying the weather as much as I am.
Well I just wanted everyone to know that my MD is still alive, just on the back burner for now.  I am very busy with other things.  I am doing some LOTting for marcszar, which I am enjoying immensely.  I am also working on two (maybe three) more Upgradable Seaports, which most likely won't be availiable until late August.  All this and the fact that it is summer, leaves me with very little time once I get home to my family.  We seem to have plans every weekend, camping, seeing friends, beach and we just got season passes to Canada's WanderLand, a very large amusement park with a water park too.  I plan to make the most of it as it cost a fair bit for the family.
Anyways, I will do my best to post a few pics here and there of what I'm doing or at least try to keep you informed.

Here are a few Summer essentials.

A nice quiet beach in Barbados.  For some of us this is not possible, so get the following ready.

First and the most important, you need some......

My Friends are little different, but you get the idea.  ;)

This type of stuff will do if you have a small backyard.

But......

........this is the one I use.
And this....

If your beer could be served like this.......

If not, you could do what I do.  I have my Friends serve themselves from here.

I also try to keep my Friends happy by carrying a few extra beers with me at all times.
So I use these....

.......one on each leg.
As for the pool, I usually use this one.

All kidding aside.
All I need is family, friends, my ordinary BBQ in my small back yard with the public pool in front of my house.
As long as my I have my family and friends.
Have a great summer and I'm sure to be back to my old self at the end.

Nice job with the upgrading port. Those things will really bring the simulationaspect back into the game (as well as give us a bunch of great looking ports to play with). Any idea when the project release date will be? In the meantime, enjoy the time with your family. Amusement parks are great, I'm lucky to ive in Southern California, we have three (four if you count San Diego) pretty close by, but you're right all you really need are friends, family, and perhaps a barbeque. I like that beer holster though, clever idea. At any rate, enjoy the time with your family. We'll be here when you have the time and I'll look forward to seeing some of your LE works.
