I think I remember seeing Moshi's pic here before, and it is good to hear the explanation about the El-Rail. The diagonals are great and the construction site is a nice touch (beats Maxis' hands down). I think I will stick with Porter's pic this round though. It is a narrow margin though.

Though this won't affect my vote, Chrisadams' pic seems to be slightly too tall (1024x774).

I like the fact that most of the things in Chris' pic are things tha the made himself, and it is a good rural farm pic. However, I think Porter's pic is an excellent overview pic, and shows a good blend of city (town) and farmland. They blend well into each other. It is a close vote (again...) but that doesn't surprise me knowing this competition. My vote goes to Porter.
