The casino boat looks great already and it's just a test, what a change from your regular stuff, that's pretty cool too.

your factory is really amazing! I love the look of it. the boat is also very cool, the details of it are great :)

Excellent work Jestarr on the factory and boat. I particularly like the arched window arrangements of the factory being many floors-high - lends a nice early 20th Century touch to the building

Just to let you know I'm still working on this, here's a test render pic of the dock area.  To keep the lot reasonable I made it as a back-in dock.  That way just the trailer fronts show and it doesn't increase the building size.  Cheers!

Jestarr, I thank you....both for sharing your upcoming projects, and for all of the wonderful lots that I have in my cities.....like many others have said, I like gritty older industrial areas, and you are the master.   Thanks again &apls
Sometimes I go into my own little world....but it's ok, they know me there.

the back-in dock is very nice, adds to the realism of alot of factories. definitely love the color as well. maybe one suggestion if you permit? How about adding a couple of broken windows(or at least changing the color of them to make them look like they've been replaced.)?

Cali:  I'm going to add some broken windows, but that will be the last thing I do prior to the final render. ;D

man that is so cool. the loading docks are really nice and even though i don't know what the signs say on the top of the building i hope they light up. lol. awesome work!

jestarr

The signs say "Schwartz Chemical Co", and they'll be lit for sure. ;D

vester

Looking forward to see the other side of the building.

Awesome work, I love the over all look of the building.  Is it still going to be @6x8?  I really could use some large industrial buildings.

I agree about the broken or replaced window, that would be a great detail.  If I may suggest, dirtying the roof, including the tin roof.

I love your stuff and I appreciate all the hard work you put into your Bats so I could enjoy my game a little more.
 &apls

Thanks for your comments everyone.  They're much appreciated.  Here's an in-game test pic of something I'm making for Dedgren's 3RR.  Nothing's final yet, but I'm currently playing around with a snow pile to simulate a plowed road with snow markers.  I've offset rendered the prop so it will hide the sidewalk along the road.  Hopefully, when finished, it'll look realistic.

Cali

this is definetly something useful, i love them(and to think i thought they were light poles :D sheesh
