The Hutt - "Central Avenue":

I like the concept (and execution of it) of jmdude's pic, but the night mod obscures things a bit much for my tastes. I really like the downtown area of The Hutt. The skybridge between the buildings at the top is a great touch and the plaza is a great focal  point. There is also a fine selection of large buildings without causing that overly-dense feel that can happen. My vote this round goes to The Hutt.
