Glad you guys like it.  I was looking at this, in-game, a few minutes ago, and plopped them along until I came to an intersection.  I then realized that it would need at least one more piece.  Yes, you guessed it; no corner piece in evidence.  :D  So, back to the BAT it is. ;D

Rayden

Just one little tip, the edges covering the side walks could be a little more darker, as in reality, dirtied from the cars tires. ;)

rooker1

Very cool idea, I like it.
Call me Robin, please.

While taking a break, from trying to set the lighting, on Schwartz Chemical, I started working again, on a BAT that I'd made some time ago.  This is Ritter's Rubber Shoe.  If it's footwear, and has rubber in it, Ritter's makes it; ;D sneakers, galoshes, etc.  This is a test render pic, as my first attempt at the roof sucked big time, so I wanted to check that it was actually an improvement. :D  Cheers!

Wonderful building! Great work!

c.p.

There's nothing wrong with that roof.  Looks like another great industrial building.

Citynut

All your stuff is just fantastic -I'll say it again that you are the king of industrials  &apls

Thanks for your comments folks.  They're greatly appreciated! ;D  Ritter's has been rendered and is now in the lotting stage (which is really a pain for me). :P  These are pics of the rear, since the front is right at the edge of the lot, and isn't very interesting.  Ritter's, being a forward thinking company, encourages their employees to exercise, during their lunch hour.  This has an added advantage, for the company, as their products get tested for free. :D  Cheers!

kwakelaar

Like so many of your industrials this one is also very good. I have quite recently discovered all your wonderful props and I now use them all the time if I am making anything to do with industrial buildings. Thanks a lot for all your great work.

bat

fantastic ingame pictures!

spa

This has turned out well. I might be tempted though not to go so thick with the cottonwoods. This is such a nice bat it would be a shame to not see anything on the back ever.

sebes

I really like what you did with the lot.. the trees gvie the perfect feeling to the building! &apls

kwakelaar:  Thanks and I'm glad you like the props.

Spa:  I've removed a number of the trees and spread them out a little more, and since the trees are seasonal, you'll be able to see, more or less of the building, depending on the time of year.  I've also removed three of the picnic tables and added a few more strollers to the "test track".

This is near ready for testing and, barring any last minute gottchas, will be on the LEX soon.   Thanks everyone for your comments.  Cheers!
