Mrtnrln: I'm glad that you like Dustin International and the GLR-in-Road.
JoeST: Hehe, thanks! The difference between 3RR's FAR(R) and this MD's GLR-in-Road is that the FAR(R) was created by the MD Author, and not just showcased by a tester... The problem with using GHSR for the station would be that there are no GHSR-Underground puzzlepieces.
Bat: Thank you!
Haljackey: Why thank you, the station's BAT was designed to be used with Underground Rail.
Simpson: Thank you.
sebes: I'm flattened, but 3RR is FAR better. I'm glad you like the GLR as well, it's something pretty new to me, and I'm quite pleased with it as well.
nerdly_dood: Thank you! The station is indeed functional for (underground) rail, and the GLR-in-Road is fully functional (albeit no stations for it exist yet). Unfortunantly tho, no such ordinance exists. I just keep every residential content that is not CP's Residentials in a seperate folder, which I take out when I do not want that content to grow.
Pat: Thanks alot!
thundercrack83 (Dustin): Hey, I'm glad you like the update, and you seriously deserved to get the station named after you, your work on the statistics and the mayor diaries in general is astonishing.
Sheep49: Thanks, and did you say presents?

Update 13: More Highsbury and Presents!

The station-area has gotten some new additions. Recently, the need for an upscale hotel and a large concert hall have led to some new developments... While the construction continued, the Comitee decided to open up an additional tramline, direction Old Town, that would pass right next to the concert hall. They also decided that there was quite a need for more parking area for both the concert hall and Dustin International.

Yet again, questions rose about the name of the new landmark... The workers had already nicknamed the building "Sheep Hall", because, during construction, some escaped sheep had entered the building site, and got mixed up with the concrete. The City Council found this to be a very funny, yet pleasing name, and decided to make it official.

Another view at Sheep Hall.

Some thriving suburbs...

The Highsbury International Railservice has become ever increasingly popular for businesspeople, even with the current recession. The fact that Highsbury doesn't own an airport helps this.

More suburbs

Along main street, many new retailers have built a store. Even so, "Big Lots!" have made a terrible mistake building 2 identical stores with a distance of 48 meters between them. Some of the new malls will have to be demolished in order to build the Art Museum, on Main Street 128.

A GLR and Taxi/Bus Hub near East Highsbury.

More tramrails, the one inside the avenue is currently unused, but has been laid to accompany further growth.

A modern library near more suburbs.

This vast area of land has been long empty, since a local milionaire has owned for over 40 years, but never built anything on it. Recently, he has passed away, and as local laws state that land property is automatically given to the Council when it's owner dies, the Council has decided to offer it to Matt's Assignees, for them to develop whatever they wish on it.

Well then, another update is over. I hope you have enjoyed it, and, as always, please comment :)

Sheep49: I hope you like your present!
Matt (Threestooges: Have fun with your plot. Suggest everything (preferably plopable) to be build, and I'll develop it

I left a small easter-egg/teaser inside this update. Can you find it?

I'd advise the council to check how land is transferred following death... if it all cedes to the state, what happens if there is a will? Or is it just for intestate sucession? Sorry... just finished with law school for the day (but property was last year...) and I'm taking a quick break before reading Con Law.

Nice update. The St. Dustin's and Sheep Hall turned out nice, although I hope the sheep were rescued from the concrete before it hardened. I'll be interested to see how Art's art museum turns out. Great GLR terminal. You always seem to get a very efficient looking setup. As far as developing the new area, the people in the planning department are interested in the dimensions of the space and what's currently in the surrounding area. Would you happen to have a slightly zoomed out aerial shot of the area I could send their way? Well done as always.
