Sheep49

Beautiful use of traditional RHW with MIS. Only trees are a little bit too varieted, which adds some chaos to your picture. And where's your trademark lotting? :P

How about Perivale? I think it sounds good ;)

All the best to you, and good luck with your city! ()stsfd()

Hello, Casper!

The new tile looks like it's in great shape, my friend! The sunken railway bed is fantastic. I'll be looking forward to seeing how this tile develops in the future.

As for the name--I'm sure that you'll be able to come up with something!

Take care, my friend!

Dustin

More teasing again... I'm trying to squeeze in an update tonight  ;)

Hope you like it!

Hehe . . . another teaser.  You're as bad as me in the RHW thread. :D

And as always, it looks most excellent.  Looks like a nice neighborhood there, and it looks like a rather creative transport setup there, using buddybud's underpasses to go under that larger building (stadium? convention center?) there.  Starting new tiles is fun. :)

Tarkus: I would guess that building is a trainstation ;) ::)

Its looking great Casper :)

Update 15: Highsbury Perivale Grows
Yes, everyone, I would like to thank everyone who suggested a name (Sheep49: Perivale - mrtnrln: Newland Fields - art128: Timbergrove - sim-al2: Olympia), but as you've seen in the title, I've chosen for Perivale.

Let's start, shall we?

A regular InterCity Train traveling on Railway-A32-S.

A few rich investors have decided to set up Highsbury's own Robotics Company.

Finally, those drawings of the GLR-in-Avenue station were finished, and they were soon built. Apart from the dangerous kink in the road, the people loves them.

The transportation setup near Perivale Station.

Malls en suburbs, anyone know a better combination?

No-one? Glad to see everyone agrees...

The A2 is fairly popular, compared to it's big brother the A1, which is almost unused.

Some suburbs near a local hotel.

Soon enough, the GLR-in-Roundabout stations were built as well; they lay somewhat unused currently, since the danger of being driven over reckless drivers is too big for most people...

Mutton Avenue overpasses the A32-S

That's it for this update, but expect more to come up soon, as Perivale is developing nicely  :)

Great work on that update 15 (on page 30!).
And the pictures of Highsbury Perivale are looking really good!
Fantastic start on that new tile...

Sheep49

Ok, if I won't finish that essay, you'll talk with my Polish teacher :P

Great update! The first photo has a very original tree wall along the railroad. Rail station on the 3rd one is epic and I don't need to comment on that one. Seriously, I'm really surprised that you developed such city in a day or so!

Thanks for choosing my city name! ;) Since Highsbury is on London Underground map too, there's going to be many towns with the name like that here :D

And Mutton Ave? Lol. Just... Lol...

Keep up the great work

Nice update, Casper! And a wonderfull name for the new area (really, I like it). It looks simmillar to te previous tile, but that's ok.

BTW, I see that you use the new RHW-mod! Too bad it's only available for NAM associates.

Best,
Maarten
