At the risk of being blamed on double post I once again post a post (Can I follow this sentence?!?). But there are 2 days in between.

Here's one of my suburbs, although I am not sure suburb to what as my CBD needs to be developped.

And another one of that area squeezed between the rail road and highway. "A gentle area with acces to park and high speed elevated train for your convenience".
Or so did say the folder of the local broker:

Who said that a suburb needs to medium or low wealth?

Have fun.

Some new housing estates that have sprung up on the outskirts of Crossbarry.
The town got its name because a man named Barry used to live on the island. If you wanted to see him you had to "cross over to Barry's Island". Overtime this got shortened and we ended up with Crossbarry.

Barry was a really nice man and was never cross at all in case you wondered ::)

Local residents hope to erect a statue but they cannot agree on a site.

Enough waffeling here's a few pics that I thought you might like to see.

An overview of Crossbarry.

Hope you like ;D

Supurb Surburbs TheTeaCat. I really like how you put plenty of trees in and around the houses, it makes it looks much more attractive and realistic. Great work, it's a great tribute to Barry ;)

Stunning suburbs TeaCat! Actually, all the suburbs in this thread looks realistic to a degree that is really hard to achive.

Oh, wow!  Very nice suburbs, TheTeaCat!  I like how you didn't connect the parallel streets.  That's one thing in suburbs that I really hate...if you make a wrong turn, you either have to turn around or wait a mile for the next turn, all the while praying that it's not a cul-de-sac!  Frustrations aside, though, it makes your suburbs very realistic.  And they look very good anyways!  Just as a suggestion, I think a custom-made park would go very well with them (and it might give a place for the locals to put the statue).  But that's just my opinion.  Either way, you're suburbs are supurb (in the words of Alfred.Jones)!  Keep up the excellence!
