there is one suggestion i have. i think it could maybe look better if the roof will be a bit wider than the walls.

wc eend: i just asked because i didnt know them.( i was only 1 time in belgium and this was just a short trip from breda NL over the border to eat some fries )

Looking good Earth quake. I would suggest that you perhaps make the glass a bit darker or consider darkening the wall texture. For some reason together they make the building look a bit bright. Also, consider taking the wall texture and making the bottom look a bit darker or dirtier as it would be in real life. Great work so far, and I should have a draft of the KFC soon.

Maybe the building needs some extra shops, like HEMA (a well known store in the Netherlands) or maybe a supermarket.
