Welcome to page 14!

Awesome work there on that part of your city!
The areas around the stadiums are looking excellent!
Fantastic pictures of them, too!

Looking forward to more... ;)

Very, very impressive work, my friend! I have to ask; where did you find that structure in front of the train station in the second to last pic? I've been literally looking for it for years (seriously!). Great city planning displayed here!

~ Dan

That would be the World Trade Centre Transport Hub. The new proposed replacement for the one that was destroyed in 2001.

Over the coming weeks. I'm going to showcase 'The Story So Far', showing images of the development of this great CJ. I have also started to completely reconstruct the Wiki Page of Atlantis. You can view it by clicking HERE

Its still underdevelopment, but will give you an idea about the history and state of the current nation.

I always look forward to a visit to such a regal kingdom. I must say, the National Stadium is a colossal feat in engineering design layout.

Great CJ! Realism is not found here as much. You're the best city designer I have ever seen. But since you say it's the year 2364 (I think). There's supposed to be more modern and sleekier buildings like one in Dubai or perhaps taller buildings than the ones you have for your downtown areas. But you're showing us the government parts of your cities. (Well most of it). So it's accpectional.

THE WILLIAMS IASA FACILITY

The Williams Facility is the largest and most advanced of all IASA sites located on Earth. It was completed in October 2008 and acts the base of operations for the IASA Chappé Communications and Electronics Research and Manufacturing facility in addition to providing the home for the Sagan Near Earth Object Monitoring Institute, itself the most advanced of its kind.

Located 12 miles west of the Perseus capital, Passau, its location allows for site security in addition to spacious research facilities and residences for full-time researchers and support staff. The Residency Compound boasts bars, restaurants, tennis courts, sailing, Olympic size swimming pools, public spaces and is linked to the Chappé and Sagan sites via a high-speed light rail system.

The facility is located  beside the town of Axehaven just off the Passau to Ben Madigan dual carriageway, allowing for easy access to the Passau International Airport and Passau itself.

The entire site is linked together via a high-speed tram system, using the latest automated trains, staff and visitors can reach the furthest points within 5 minutes meaning car use has been greatly reduced. The site also boasts a mainline rail station, this mainline is of high-speed tilting standard and forms part of the wider Atlantica-Alba high-speed rail network, directly connecting the major cities of the continent to the Williams Facility.

The facility was built to strict environmental standards, no carbon fuels are used to power the facility and the light rail trains run on hydrogen. All emissions from manufacturing are captured and recycled using Atlantean technology in accordance with the stringent Perseus environmental protection regulations.

All waste is recycled, rainwater is used to water the gardens, lawns and assist in the cooling systems and the entire base is carbon neutral.

One of the most prominent features of the site is the IASA Memorial to those targeting in the SCJU Embassy Tower bombing on July 8th 2008. The structure acts as a lasting memory to those who died in the pursuit of innovation and progress. Inside the spheres of the memorial are interactive exhibits charting the past, present and future developments of the IASA and of the human endeavours in space. Its acts a working memorial and a reminder to all what the agency has achieved since its inception.

SAGAN NEAR EARTH OBJECT MONITORING INSTITUTE

The Carl Sagan Near Earth Object Monitoring Institute is the most advanced of its kind on earth. Located 12 miles west of Passau in Perseus its forms an important part of the Williams IASA Research Park.

Perseus forms the central hub and tracking facility but it connected to dedicated purpose built telescopes around the world. The Imperial Atlantean Empire and IASA negotiated with the governments of Canada, South Africa, Australia, Myon and Peru to host the new advanced tracking telescopes to complement the Perseus Tracking Array.

A team of 50 scientists from across the SCJU and non-aligned nations, all based in the Sagan Institute constantly monitor and interpret the data collected. Supported by a team of 100 support personnel and technicians the new institute will serve as the global leader in space object tracking and act as the first warning to possible threats.

The institute will be further enhanced with the construction of the NEO Orbital Telescope, financed by the Imperial Atlantean Empire, once completed it will come under the direct control of Sagan and the IASA. Providing an essential and more detailed method to continuously search the dark skies around the planet. It will be have a dedicated satellite communications link with the Sagan Institute and be fully controllable, capable of some of the most detailed visual and infra-red imaging to date.

CHAPPÉ RESEARCH AND MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Named after the father of the communication era, the Chappé facility provides some of the newest and most technical testing laboratories available ensuring IASA remains ahead of all other agencies in the continued advancement of on-board spacecraft and satellite communications in addition to perfecting the highly sophisticated electronics required to ensure safety and reliable data collection.

The manufacturing plant is one of the largest of its kind and provides a highly specialised area for delicate manufacturing in a purpose built clean environment. Once assembly is complete all parts are testing the experimentation dome.

The Chappé facility is one of the most technically advanced anywhere on earth and researches the next generation of communication and electronics technology for use in space as part of the SCJU's IASA Programme. At the centre is one of the world's largest buildings, housing the construction and assembly lines for new technology.

Hosting a multitude of various research and testing facilities, the site is pivotal in the progression of the IASA as one of the most technologically superior of any of Earth's space agencies.

So there we have it, the first update in a very long time. I appreciate all the support and patience from those that follow this MD. Its always incredibly welcome to hear such lovely comments and heard from those have been inspired by my work. I will try my best to update more often, though time is rather tight for me given my job and social life. But I will do my best for you all.
