I go fo Dustin's pic because of several reasons:

• The colours of Bluesinjid are too bright and hurt my eyes whereas the sepia effet on Dustin's pics makesthe picture comfortable to watch and study.
  
• Turning an avenue into a road just in front of an intersection where there is enough space for a avenue-avenue intersection isn't a good idea at all IMHO ...
  
• The overall compostion of Dustin with the roundabout and the diagonal avenues is really nice, the view, the picture detail, the sunken highway make it a real nice picture. Bluesinjid tries to use the avenues for compostition but the overall picture composition does not reach Dustin's pic by far.
  
• The photoshopping adds to Dustin's pic as it is not too much but stresses the scene, Bluesinjid's photoshopping is too flashy for my taste

With this said the current score is
