This MODs is a BY-PRODUCT from my big misunderstanding when talked with Yoman san in PM. 
(I'm sorry again Yoman san for my misunderstanding many times and used your times too )

Hi there !
At first, Thank you for download and a lot of warm comments, friends ! 


You maybe seem to some design(color) are too dark a little.
becourse, They were made for used with my JRP.


I have tried to made about 10 or 15 kind of textures from a lot of my pics(in PC) and serched with Google,
and made them with "PaintShopPro" by my hand and repeat test them.
A textures are dispalyed with a transparency in a game.
so  I don't able to imagine that how original textures will have any change in a game.

You can see it changing delicately.





I'm using well Peg's and timotheus4's water mod long time me too.
I hope it will be your favorite one.

how can I delete the MML of the JRP ?
Because I have installed all the Prop pack and the Corefile/addon file,but when I run the MML in the game
It just show 4 Lots of the JRP and I ALSO have RUN the BSC Cleanitol TM but it said that no file can be found...

Lates "Cleanitol-List" which included Addon-Lot-Pack-2, It's for remove old-version's MMLing-Lot of the JRP.
(All of JRP-Lot Pack is not include old-version's MMLing file now )
so You can not remove a "Latest MMLing file" in the JRP.

Ok,
Please search files in your Plugins-folder by manualy.
You would find 1 or 3 kind of  MMling-Lot's files in sub-folder "zz_BSC_MML".
(Default place of the Installer is : /My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/zz_BSC_MML/ )

- zz_Mas71_JRP-MML_080623.dat ----- in the "Mas71_JRP-CoreLotPack"
- zz_Mas71_JRP-MML_080630.dat ----- in the "Mas71_JRP-AddonLotPack01"
- zz_Mas71_JRP-MML_080714.dat ----- in the "Mas71_JRP-AddonLotPack02"

Please find them manualy and re-move all in your Plugins folder.
or
You should use a "SEARCH" of the Windows with file-name mentioned above for find them.

I think the MML file isn't good ,although it can make the menu clean.The following is the reason.

When I used the JRP , after a section plopped ,I could't plop it again. I only opened the menu and selected the section again. It was too cumbersome.

At last ,I only deleted the MML file.

I think the MML isn't a good solution to make the menu clean.

Yes, that's right.
A lot of peple hate for icons that large amounted(added) in a menu. 
The "MML(Menue Management Lot - MDO)" is nice idea for clean to that expanding-menu, I belive that.
This good mod was created by Andreas Roth san 2 years ago.
but it may not the best method and perfect for ALL.

However, We don't have other way to that in a system of the SimCity4.

We should use MML-Lot when you don't plop a lot of JPR(pieceis) in your map.
and delete a MML-Lot when you plop them well.


All of before,
We must not forget that we can play the SC4 comfortable now, thanks for a lot of wonderful creators of MODs and BAT of the world.
I belive that !!

This is by far one of the best water texture mods I have seen.  The textures look very realistic.  Great work!
