Hey Dustin , ambitious project! I've seen a couple of variations on this one , and I'm sure yours will be just as good!

Jayson (sithlrd98): Hi, Jayson! Thanks for the link, my friend, I hope everyone gets some use out of it! And thank you so much for your kind words and your encouragement, too. Hope to see you again soon!

Well, you can consider me one of the late ones here at SC4D. Here, a new NAM was released right under my nose and I missed it! See what happens when you spend all afternoon and evening watching the second season of Dexter?

Well, I've just gotten everything downloaded, and the first thing I noticed was a fantastic fix for something that had been bothering me for quite a bit...

...Avenue FLUPs!

It's only a cosmetic fix, but it just goes to show how much detail goes into everything that The NAM Team does! I haven't even scratched the surface of the new release either! So, a thousand thanks go out to The NAM Team for their tremendous hard work and dedication to such an extraordinary and indispensable project! Thanks so much, friends!

Looking forward to more.
Take care,
-Arthur.

Arthur (art128): Thanks, Arthur! I am quite a fan of Dexter, too—I finished up watching the second season, but I have to wait for the third season to come out DVD to catch up there. It's a great show! Thanks for stopping by!

Hey Dustin,

I'm starting to get jealous....your LE skills, but mostly the time you seem to have.  These days I don't have very much time, but I am trying to find some time for myself.
Anyways, enough about me.
The last two updates are fantastic.

See you later my friend,
Robin
Call me Robin, please.

dsrwhat316

I agree with Robin; where do you find the time to do all this masterful work? I barely have enough time to type this message!  :bomb:

I see you are enjoying the new bells and whistles thanks to the latest release of the NAM. I have a suggestion regarding your latest work; you should get rid of the grass textures next to the diagonal roads. Using the Lot Editor (what else?), the resized lots trick and the adding props to resized lots trick you can extend the base textures you are using for the new square underneath the roadway. All you need is the diagonal road overlay texture, which is included in the Osturland Chancellory BAT by yoder7652. I don't remember exactly where I found the overlay textures for the diagonal avenue, so I'll have to get back to you on that one...

Hopefully that'll give you a little challenge; you make all the LEing work done here look so easy!

Hey Dustin. Great work so far. I however, don't think that beaubourg, as nice as it looks, fits in there. That's just my opinion on it. What do you think?

Interesting building!  I'm looking forward to the final look of this area and seeing how you plan to fit that building in.

Been away for a few days, and come back to discover a few beautiful updates. :)
Plus the regio overview! thanks.

The underpass is a huge improvement, imo.
That's a canal it goes under, correct?
