You really know how to build relistic looking ports. The change in water color in the inner harbor is excellent. And thanks for sharing your great custom lots.

Actually never visited this MD before, which is a shame since it's a real good one. I like that you released some of the custom lots you've made, and please don't hesitate to release more :)

Shilka: Plopping ships in the water is easier, if the water is not too deep. It may also help to switch to the "water pollution" view to see the ground of the sea.
Thanks for all comments which made this MD a best seller.

Container Port Update
I'm doing a lot of LOT-Editor work so there are only a few images.
Some container trains unloading scenes at the port.

The apartments with a nice view to the port.

Argh! I missed an update!

Congratulations on the promotion! Hopefully even more people will see your excellent diary now. Great shots of the container port. I've been trying to put one together for a while now, but its a difficult task to make it look both interesting and functional. I've learned a great deal from you though.  ;)

Shilka

Really nice update again, this reminded me of the Rotterdam container terminal that I once had to deliver goods at. Your screens are just as impressive as I was impressed then at my first visit. And thanks for the tip on the boat plopping, I'll make sure to give it a try!

Fantstic Mosaic!  &apls Is that all grown?

kimcar

&apls Great work . Great to see your port in a mosaic too. That give a good idea of your work. Very well done

cubby420: Maybe I will upload some parts of the container port. Currently the lots don't have good pictures and no names and descriptions.
marsh: The buildings are almost all grown, except the diagonal ones on diagonal roads. The warehouses and the container port of course is plopped.

Your port is just awesome.

Spring in Nagagonia

Spring has arrived in Nagagonia. Trees and flowers start blooming everywhere.
In the city parks.

In the suburbs.

And the rural areas.

cubby420

Oh wow. Stunning work! Those rural pics are really special. They're all so great its hard to narrow down which I loved most: that irrigation canal through the countryside looks so idyllic; the tree lined country road and back woods shack pics are fantastic, detailed, and so real. I also love how you neatly transitioned from taller suburban, hitting everything in-between on your way to beautiful quiet countryside. A little setup trick that I for one loved. One of your best updates yet!  &apls

Regarding the lots: think no more of it. If it takes you any time that you don't feel like spending than its probably not worth it. I should really learn to do some of that stuff myself anyways.  ::) One of these days when I have some spare time...  ::)
