That stream is looking very good, but I agree with the previous comments about using Jeronij's rocks, they must look excellent in there !

Thanks for all comments. Some of the rocks will be replaced in this and the next update, but maybe now the way you suggested it. ;)

The Tagalon Dam Project.

The government has decided that the valley near the Tagalon waterfall would be a good place for a new dam.

In a first step, the stream was redirected through a canal.

Now the loggers can prepare the area.

The canyon is a bit to small for the new dam.
A blasting operation should solve the problem.

The construction workers can now start to work on the basement for the dam.

...and the substation near the dam.

More coming soon...

Whoa what a cool update. You have me so intrigued. Great idea presenting the bridge construction as a step by step process. I hope you continue that theme in the next update.

I'm speechless. What a great update.  &apls

That river valley looked really great and pristine!  I'm quite saddened by the canal/dam and deforestation!   &cry2

The construction goes on quickly.

And the dam wall is finished.

The canals were removed and the water starts raising.

Some months later everything is done and the flora around the new sea start growing.

Very nice. I love the last pic. Good selection of trees. It seems realistic to me that the deciduous trees grow near the water (but I am not a biologist ;) ).
