Did you mod the parking lots yourself or is that a download? The office park is simgoober's right? Looks awesome, a lot like what we see in the US now out near the burbs

mindaugas: I modded the parking lots myself using Peg's textures and some overlays I can remember where I found them. And yes the Commerical lots are from Simgoober sets

I have a.. noobish question...

Where did io_bg get those stunning trees? I have SimFox's stunning trees, but the autumn trees are something I haven't yet gotten in my game. Also, those trees in the fantastic second picture on the left....

Those are seasonal trees and are made by c.p. As for the ones on the second pic, I've used a god mode tree brush, the tree controller is Italia if I'm not mistaken.
