The London sets looks HUGE. I must echo all the appreciation for your striking creations. So diverse! Outstanding work, sir. Hoping for more rainy Sydney weekends!  ::)

Thankyou Mulu2065, baconrocky and dwelln8hss32: I am continuing to package the other buildings in the London set (pics/readmes etc); expect them on the LEX within the next week or so... Mulu, I hope your sims didn't mind being evicted from their house of 30 years ;)

Anyway, another BAT.

SPAR supermarket distribution Centre:

There a quite a few lots for this BAT:

4x4 IHT$$$

4x4 CS$$$. Two-tone tinting on the glass to break the facade

6x6 IHT high clearance warehouse. This has a massive amount of storage space

8x8 IHT MEGA lot

Campatible + suitable for non CAM

noahclem

They look great Matt!  &apls

You've been up to all kinds of exciting stuff lately!

Mulu2065

That's to bad, I'm already bulldozing some houses to continue the town. But I love that new office and warehouse you made, it's very nice. Not to mention, your houses from before are the best houses to use for small towns and old inner city areas, they add a character to the city and fit well with SG and CP. I look forward to your office series and London set soon. ;D

Thankyou Noahclem & Mulu2065

The Lennox Gardens terraces are now on the exchange: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2713

I love your attention to detail in the LOTting of the distribution centre. Some creators don't pay attention to spacial relationships with regard to vehicles on the lot... specifically, room enough for tractor trailers to maneuver and back up to the docks. Very realistic. One thing, though, the smaller cars look really cramped in the somewhat inaccessible 10x10 parking spots in lower left in image 3. But wonderful layout and buildings. Can't wait to see more!

That "SPAR" stuff is looking great. I really like it. I will definitely use that as "SPAR" is one of the biggest retailer in AUSTRIA.
small idea:
Any chance to get another warehouse with changed numbers on the doors? (e.g. 7,8,9,10,11,12 or A,B,C,D,E,F)
for more realism for another (bigger) lot?

Anyway great work.  &apls
btw. Thanks for the London W2W pack!

~Simcitler

mattb325

Thanks dwelln8hss32 and Simcitler.

Lotting is always a tricky art form, especially when limiting the number of dependencies.

The SPAR set (which has four distinct lots) has 4 prop-pack & 1 texture-pack dependencies, but all very common ones, so there shouldn't be too many issues. I'll see how I go with getting another one rendered with letters/numbers. SPAR have been over here for about 10 years, but they have recently begun quite an expansion...

Anyway, I have uploaded the bathers pavillion (a very brief distraction while I wrap up the London set).

It is here for anyone who wants to be reminded of summer  ;) :

Matt one of my favorite creation of yours is the "House from Charmed":

http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/files/file/15561-sym-productions-charmed-house/

I like it because it's a house from a show many of us can relate to  &apls

I hope I am not over stepping any boundaries for asking, but do you also take BAT requests?

mattb325

Thanks for the comments. Regarding requests, if it piques my fancy then sure, I'll add it to my list  :)

Grosvenor Mansions (from the London W2W set):

http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2719

It is available as a College, a Residential growable (Euro set) and Commercial growable (Euro set)

More to come soon(ish)

Jack_wilds

Thanks Mattb for the G. Mansions...

left a note on the 'comments' that should be here in the thread but I babbled a bit there -sorry... and the promise of the '...more to come soon(ish)" looking forward [the midrises, and business, -hopefully not forgotten] to more LEX surprises, particularly during the Holiday season and Christmas...

here up-top its shaping up to be a 'brown' Thanksgiving and maybe a brown Christmas too... do you guys down under celebrate a 'thanksgiving' holiday?  is similar to the American and Canadian holiday?  how do you guys down under [even though its always been that way] cope with 'green Christmas'?

My favorite American football team -Green Bay Packers, is on a roll and I am really excited with the last game 35-26;10-0 for the season its great... good days to be a cheesehead

Thankyou for the comments guys, much appreciated  ;D

Jack, we don't celebrate Thanksgiving here in Australia at all....in fact, we don't have anything even remotely similar.

In Sydney, Christmas day - like the rest of summer - is usually very warm & humid (25-26C/77-79F is the average day time maximum in Sydney) so that really doesn't make for traditional fare of heavy, roasted meats and hot puddings.  ???

That said, my parents retired to the mountains to the west of Sydney and it has actually snowed twice around Christmas day, so I have even managed to have a white Christmas here in Summer!  $%#Ninj2

I have added another 'present' on the LEX - I have seen much talk about how few IHT buildings are available at the moment and I have half-a-dozen sitting on my hard-drive, so time to share:

It's the GSK packaging plant from a few pages back. Hope you enjoy it ;)

Looks good Matt,  &apls &apls

what a pity roof textures is "cut", is it due to the export?

Thanks Girafe - re that 'cut' in the roof...it is just JPEG compression combined with contrast and the limit of that corrugated texture before it reaches the moire effect. Attached is a PNG to illustrate...

Thanks for the new IHT Matt  &apls  I've really been enjoying those first couple releases from the London residentials too (haven't had a chance to play with the new mansion yet). The corner one is especially useful as there is such a lack of buildings filling that niche.

If you didn't see it yet I answered your question about those seawalls in my MD--JS walls version 2 from the STEX I believe, though the link and details on placing (a bit weird) are over MD-side.

Maybe you could add to the holiday joy this month with another IHT or two out of your stash?   ::)

Nice work on the London set.

Love that last one.

Added a little red and and dark grey, two or three extra garage bays and you could have yourself a modern firestation a la Holland or Belgium.
