Hey there, another nice update. The seasonal trees along the river are a nice touch. Also, I like your combination of closeups and distance shots because it helps me get a better understanding of how everything fits together.

Tallest building in Kansas is proposed in Meadowlark Falls... A town of only 100,000 people
This building would tower 400ft above the plains and Meadowlark Falls' current tallest.
The Architect is looking for a tennant and a name (any ideas from you guys?)

Hey, Seahawk! The new Meadowlark Falls looks good, though I didn't think there was anything wrong with the last one, actually. I've been there, though--you envision as city in your head and it doesn't come out the way you want it. I hope you'll be able to fulfill your visions this time around!

Nice restart, sEAhAwk fAn121. Glad to see you kept the same terrain -- I like it even though I'd be unlikely to use it myself.
And just wondering, since you plopped your CBD, is it functional (providing jobs) or eye candy?
