I've been meaning to thank you for your Hogan Apartments, particularly the corner version. They really, really fit my cities perfectly and I don't have much else (or anything really) for midrise R$$$. Great to have

noahclem- Thank you, I do have some sort of plans to update the Hogan Apartments some day, but I will let you know, all you will have to do is just download it from the same place and let the installer install it and replace the files.

41 Park Avenue

Here's the night on the 3rd 41 Park Avenue building, all the buildings will face the same direction and what I mean there are not flipped like I did the last two version of the Johnson Apartments. The day render is the 4th 41 Park Avenue, all I have to do is move around the objects on the terraces.

Aaron - STUNNING work here, sir!  I only just started posting on the boards recently but felt I had to come to your workshop and pay my respects.  I've been using your BATs for a while now and your work is truly of the highest quality.  That, and you're a machine - you can't be stopped.  So many BATs being produced here; my New York regions are heavily populated with your work.  Well done.

I really like the slightly less tall buildings--a nice addition  The lots with multiple buildings are nice but IMHO your buildings are best by themselves and with more flexibility for what buildings end up next door.

41 Park Avenue

Here's an in game look at the 41 park Avenue, I just have exported the first model and only the day and maxis night versions, I will get to the dark night. For this building I had to play with the alpha maps because the building goes blow ground 0, so it will take me a bit longer to export them all, just more manual modding for me to do.

I have finished all the exporting on the 41 Park Avenue now the easy part is to lot it mod it and upload it to Simtropolis.

Here's a building it's not new it's been on hold for way to long like the Park Towers Apartments and the Beekman Hotel Tower.

It would really be quite a job to put up with every new model individually, so I just tell you now and then: great models, beautiful textures and convincing detail! Great work for high rise urban jungles. Just please continue!
