Great work again Aaron    Sorry I've been quiet around here, it was a very busy last month for me. As for countrysides and offices, I like both but am currently focused on snow. Make something with a snowy roof and I'll put up pictures right away    But seriously, your residential work has filled a major needed niche and I consider your BATs an integral part of my cities. I hope you keep up your great work for a long time to come

Yes, static as in not residential. Landmark style.


PS. I know that you can't make Residential ploppable, it has been disputed and tried for many years, (since 2006?) but no result. Without the extra cheats I mean. I know that.

@sunv123 -- Are you aware that it is possible to plop residentials using the extra cheats, as long as you plop them over an already developed area? Probably half of my Aaron Graham bats are plopped in that manner. Having static ploppable plops can sound like a nice thing that makes life easier but I think it really causes as much harm as help. The landmark menu tends to be clogged enough as it is.

it doesn't make much sense these days to make static landmarks when we can plop virtually  anything with the extra cheats. saves space

Anyone remember DAMN? Making landmarks, if you don't care about capacity, is actually better than the very cumbersome cheats menu. Try to find something in there when you have thousands of custom lots. But that's my opinion. I still stick to the "don't plop R buildings" rule.

NYBT Transportation Building

Here's the look at the starting of the Transportation Building, the box model started back in Decemeber. I have made a box model for the starting of the Timpsons apartments.



NYBT 41 Park Avenue Plans For Update

The Franklin, Graham, and Hogan Apartments seems to grow on mid density. When i make an update I will let you know, and for you who know how to modd you know how to go to the lot exemplar file.

I also have to fix a model flaw, there is an floating ac unit on the back of one of the 41 Park Avenues.

You guys should know where the 41 Park Avenue folder is right? Plugins\NYBT\Aaron Graham\NYBT 41 Park Avenue.

I'm planning to upload Hattan House soon, the 30 E. 81st Street, will take a little longer because I have to have it to be tested in the game, plus I have to export them. The 201 E. 19 Street is still has a way to go.

Another update, I have added the ac units and chairs for the terrace, I hope you like them. Next is the variations and night lights, it's almost finished. :O

Great work on this, love the detail and the little terrace. A great touch to the building. Still, my eyes would like it better if the terraces could have a hardwood flooring, but brick is just as good. (and more common in NYC)

These make me want to go from Modern-Modern, to more like NYC style. I'll defiantly use BuildingPlop.

And hey, I use Chase!

BTW, will there be different color variations? Dark red/mahogany brick would look nice on this BAT.

Girafe- Thank you, I have desaturated the bricks and saturated the floor where the chair will be.

Swordmaster- I have thought about making a train station, but I think it will be bigger than a train station, I wanted to make a Ele-rail and the staion, that's a lot of modding.

Here's the Hattan House, these apartments are Wall to Wall (W2W) buildings. This is lovely brick 17 story apartment building set is a New York City style. The architecture style for this building is a modernism style completed in 1962, by architect H. I. Feldman. There are four bats/ Building models, each one have different brick color. Each model has four lot types R$$, R$$$, CS$$, and CS$$. Hattan House is a lovely and quiet place to stay for your Sims. Enjoy the upload!!

Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.
