Here's another update before I add the textures, The only modeling changes are the small windows and add the ac units in the window, but the texture are really soon. I'm going to try to make another building, I can get to it fast as I can.

NYBT 2639 & 2641 Jerome Avenue

Here's a new building I'm working one, I hope I can get it close to the texturing like the next building, so I can texture them around the same time. The wing on the left is 2639 Jerome Avenue, and the wing on the left is 2641 Jerome Avenue, both of these wings are actually serarate buildings.

NYBT Tower 67 Apartments

Not much has changed, i had to work on the floor height and then a little bet of work on the ground floor to prepare for the windows and doors for the shops on the ground floor. I have added a little more detail to the penthouse, next I need to get the water, rails and parapet caps for the penthouse area, then I think I can get back to the ground floor again.

Just one word:Wow! I`m always impressed by your skills at modelling the look and feel of a real life building to SC 4.Also i am a huge fan of your work (the NYBT Crew is on my top favorite List of favorite creators,no surprise that they actually on pole position)
I guess i have almost every building from you and NYBT (uhmm,maybe one or two are missing but that`s okay ).I just had to google the real life version of the Tower 67 because i wondered what those protruting thingies at the Ground Floor are.Silly me,i could have thought that those are some baywindows for the groundlevel shops.
I also love the way  25 E. 193 Street comes out.I really like those New York styled old tenement/apartment-buildings and i can`t have enough of them.
However,keep on the good work
