A bit different for you, I suppose; more of a standalone highrise rather than a strictly W2W building. Nonetheless, it looks great!

noahclem

Great work on the tower  &apls  You've obviously got a talent for a variety of styles.

deora

Stunning progress on both projects.
They both come out superb as your previous projects.

metarvo

The tall commercial skyscrapers get a good amount of attention, but it's nice to see residential highrises that provide the housing those workers need.  Underground driveways make a lot of sense whenever big building are involved because there should be potential spots for parking lots in case the area surrounding the highrise lacks parking, so that is a good call.

NYBT 65 E. 193 Street is also looking good.  Little details such as window AC units and fire escapes are just some of the things that give your buildings a distinctive flair.

Nice job, Aaron!

Thank you guys I'm so sorry for not being so active this year. Here's a small update, I need to work on the nights and work on the bricks on the back of the building, I think they need to be a little darker.

NYBT  25 East 193 Street

Here is a look at the variation for the 25 East 193 Street. The first version is the orignal building, version two is The white looking building, verion three is the red brick one, and the tan is the fourth version. For white looking on and the tan, and red one, I want to make the building fire escapes black. I also want to make the window frames black too. For course I will be changing the roof texture for the other version of the buildings. I have did the night lights for the first varitaion and I will post the render later. :D

It looks really good, although, I think the entrance is kinda empty... Wouldn't it be better if you add some lights at the entrance too?

mgarcia

Saw one of you bats featured recently on elavery's Journal over at Simtropolis - Copacabana Beach I believe -  all I can say is that I was reminded of your wonderful work.  The building looks stunning in the images he uploaded.

romualdillo

Beautiful model, as always!!

Aaron Graham

cmdp123789- Thank you, the entrance is like that in real life. I did not want to add a bunch of stuff in the area were you will need to walk though.

mgarcia- Thank you, I have seen the picture too and it looks great at the beach. :)

romualdillo- Thank you!!! :D

NYBT 25 East 193 Street

Here are the renders of the apartment buildings with their own roof texture. Next, I need will need to rearrange the nightlights and the ac units for the other variations and then I can export the building.
