Hello all,

Replies,  (before  update 12)

patfirefghtr, nice to see you here agian, and yah the shadows in the first picture are pretty cool, I never really noticed until you mentioned it.

tooheys, glad you like the pictures.  I do spend alot of time planning, destroying and rebuilding.  The part that takes the longest though is waiting for the right building to grow.  Most of my cities are growables only!

thundercrack83, great that you like the industries and rail road as they are my favourite also.  I try my best to make them as realistic as possible, hopefully I achieve that, even only if it's  a little.

bat, nice to see you again as well. As I said to thundercrack83, industry is my favourite.

kimcar, thanks for the nice comment, I do try my hardest to get it right.  Thanks again.

More replies,  ( after 12 )

patfirefghtr,  glad that you like this update as well.  The quotes are something new I am trying.

bat, nice to see you as always.  Thanks for stoppin by.

kimcar, I think low wealth is more common in most cities, especially around industry.  Thanks for the comment.

Now for this update,
These pics are for Nardo.  Nardo I have moved the rail line over, what do you think now?  There are also other improvements in the area as well.   Everyone enjoy............

Fantastic new pictures of that beautiful looking rail yard!

tooheys

Robin a great couple of updates . Everything looks good, but in my opinion the best pic is this one:

Just leaving so much open space, to me is a winner. It looks realistic, but something you really don't
see too often.  &apls (and something I find very hard to do)

Good to see a few more pic's of station and goods yard. An impressive layout.

Cheers

Dave

Snaper

Very beautiful this station

I like much the remainder of aillor, all that there is beside the station

Good evening friends,

patfirefghtr,  Good to hear from you.  I figure a few pics is better than none also, but i also figure that I would do smaller updates instead of ones with 20 or 30 pics and than waiting longer in between updates.  Tell me which you would perfer.

bat, Thanks, do you see the difference?  I moved thr rail line over one square.  A sugeestion by Nardo.

tooheys, Thanks, I am really proud of that area, I think it turned out really good as well.  This is what I think a school yard looks like.

Snaper,  Thanks for droppin in, but waht is an "aillor"?  Glad you like the station though.

Here are few new pics,

I leave you with the thought of the update,

Some may say my imagination encircles the universe. hehehe   :D

Robin i couldnt agree more with you on that little snippit... lol
On the thought of updates i say smaller is better that way you can have many updates.
So doing mulitply pics ( around 30 or so) and breaking them down to using 3-4 pics per
update whats i've been trying to do, so if i get caught with out anytime to play i can
just post the pics lol... like i have done lately lol... but of course i do one big update once
in awhile that is my personal update technique...  I do love your use of the raised parks
even though i havent figured out how to really work with them...

Hello all,

patfirefghtr, every update and there's pat with a nice comment.  Thanks alot man for the comment and understanding about the smaller updates.  Sometimes I think that is better than nothing (or too much)   ;)  This is my second time trying to use the raised parks.  They are user friendly, but there is just so many choices.   ???

thundercrack83,  Thanks for stoppin in.  You amy see more of those raised parks.  They maybe spread out through this city.  I like the fact that you can use them as underground parking and still get the park effect.   ;)

Ennedi, thanks for the cooments and I do try my best to please everyone and it's nice to see yoreally like at least two of pics.  hehehe  The schools around my house have very large open fields around the them.  So I thought it maybe a good idea.

tooheys, thanks, I tried to combine the different park sets the best I could, hopefully it worked well.

bat, nice to hear from you again, thanks for the commnet.

Without wasting any more time, here is the next update,

Great new pictures! Wonderful using of these canal-lots!

Wow, dear oh dear, I have not replied since April. About 4 or 5 pages ago.
A lot of updates since that I will not go into detals about. Robin it is good to see that between caring for your sons and your wife you manage to find some time to feed this MD.
Kids are one reason why I never started a CJ or MD.

Great use of those canal pieces. They look increadible there. A bit difficult to reach the island if you want to pay your loved ones respect, I guess.
Nice use of those diagional buildings in teh last pic (15.10).
BTW I like that pic 14.1 too where you combine the overhanging bridge in a triangular park. Great picture and very subtile use of it. You're a master.

Take care.

Nik-Nik

nedalezz

These have to be the most realistic pics I've ever seen. You have quite an eye for detail, and your photoshopping skills is second to none! Thats a compliment, lol.

Great shots, and great building skills.

Nisha

Hi Robin,

Your rail yards are so detailed and real and your placement of industry is excellent. I love the way you have used the raised parks and canal set too.
Every corner looks like a real, living, thriving city. Reminds me so much of Toronto.
I look forward to future updates.  :)

SO much around here that is so very very good. The railyard is outstanding, and so is 15.4. Above all i like your sense of urban spacing. Bravo! &apls
