I'm still really impressed, so much details and so fine work, it's always exciting to go through RONDNOIR  &apls &apls &apls
But as the weather is really bad I prefer sunny pictures of Rondnoir  :P

Photoshop in Rondnoir?  :o   Your rainy pictures look great and the effect works very well  &apls

But was it a sudden rain storm or do boaters not mind a rainy day in your city?  :D

Keep up the great work and I look forward to more  &apls &apls

Perfect! This one of the rare update where I can see real action of the photoshoped rain on water, good job. I really like the picture with the wall undergoing construction under this heavy rain. :)

Fabulous work,

and what I like with Rondnoir, is that you can do a MD only on 1 city tile or few and to pay attention to very detail, street, neighbourhood, fields...

I agree with Girafe, it is really amazing how much detail you can put into a city tile.
