Very nice mosaics  &apls

I like all the green spaces and trees in the residential areas, athletic fields, and use of AVE-2 with the Chinese medians and MAVE-4.

If it were me (which I realize it's not) I'd space out that residential area toward the middle-top of the second mosaic between the RHW & MAVE-4 so it was more than one tile/16m sq. per house.

Again, looking forward to more  &apls

Some really very nice updates. The construction update is well done and I  like the way you have been putting your infrastructure together.

Awesome mosaics, Jayster! Your cities and suburbs have inspired me to really spend more time on my own cities, suburbs, etc. They're (your's are) all just awesome! &apls I can't wait for your next update! :)

cubby420: Thank you very much for your kind words!
noahclem: Thanks for the advice! These houses that grew I actually like a lot because it looks like they belong in a more medium density area which they are in right now.
kwakelaar: Thank you very much for the comment!
Nego: I'm glad that my suburbs have been of inspiration!
marsh: Thanks!
Battlecat: Thank you very much!

So today I have a quick preview. I was on the STEX this weekend and downloaded some container port pieces for the city I'm working on. I noticed that they didn't have any sort of train parts to them so I had an idea... tell me what you think.

My train pieces are in-between the large cranes and the large stacks of containers. I have made four add-on pieces.
They are: -Container Train Area END
              -Container Train Area BEGINNING
              -Container Train Area 1
              -Container Train Area 2

All of these pieces will feature custom menu icons too.

I have three more pictures to show you. Container Train Area 1 is giving me some troubles and wont show up in the game so I don't have a picture of it yet.

This is Container Train Area END.

This is Container Train Area BEGINNING.

This is Container Train Area 2.

Tell me what you guys think! Please be critical!

P.S. Does anyone have a link to an HTML readme outline? EDIT: Found the outlines  ()stsfd()

Its a good start.  :) Way cluttered though. Also, you have some props placed nearly on top of others so much so that that they actually overlap in strange ways. In all three in fact, one red lift vehicle appears to be partially sitting atop containers and train cars. Looking forward to your future progress on these.

Jayster

I hope I'll get some more insight from members of the community on these lots.

Thanks cubby420. Actually, it's not the amount of props on the lot, there is a probably with those loaders. They don't blend nicely with any props...

io_bg

In my humble opinion these lots look very good the way they are.
As for the latest update - great work! &apls The sunken highway fits in really well!

Very nice port. Sorry for the short post, I must go to the STEX for collecting some containers...  ;) Will absolutely fit to my current city in progress.
Visit my MD, welcome to Archipelago

Enjoy!

I was pleasently surprised to see the lots on the STEX so quickly. They are great. Too bad I don't have a harbor in my current region.

cubby420: Thanks for your comment, but I, as well as a lot of other people, thought that there were just enough props.  ()stsfd() Oh, by the way, the issue with the crane arose during the creation of it, something I can't fix.
io_bg: Thank you very much! Hope you'll use these lots someday in your MD when your cities get bigger and they look at expanding their seaport!
kodlovag: Great! I would love to see how they look in your MD!
WilliamKing: Thank you very much!
RickD: That's a shame  &mmm, but maybe in your next MD you might or a side region!  $%Grinno$% Thanks for the comment.

Well if the LE decides to start working, I'll be able to get a proper update out on Thursday, until then...

Well way up north where the air gets cold...

Theres a high-security fence in the middle of no where...?

Jayster

rooker1

Very nice and realistic picture....but I do wonder what the fence is for.  I look forward to the next update.

Robin
Call me Robin, please.

noahclem

That could be in my back yard if not for the high-security fence (if there's one there it's a couple kilometers back cause I haven't seen it yet  $%Grinno$% )

Suspicious....

Nice image.
Does this this guy with the reindeers reside behind the fence? :D

Ooo! I love that time of year! ;D The fence looks interesting, too. I'm interested in seeing your next update.

Edit: I'm not sure if you've answered this, and I'm sorry to make you repeat this if you have, but what region are you using? (And could you provide a link if possible?)
