So this thread is for those things you can custom make that maybe you don't want to open a whole 'nother thread to showcase.  These can be things like golf courses, universities, parks, plazas, beaches...just whatever you feel you want to show but may not merit creating its own thread for.  So to start off:

Very nice, DT!  I was really hoping to see your university again!  I'm still kinda in the process of making that modular university I asked you about long ago (just have to mod it all now...), but the holidays are taking all the time away.  Still, seeing what you've created with a custom university set makes me want to work on it, because I want to be able to do that!  Nice job!

Very great modular zoo!

Wow, nice zoo!  I forgot that had a modular set, as well (from Jeronij, no less!).  The stream set and the aquarium are used very well in conjunction with it.  I think it shows great skill to be able to mix different things from different sets and be able to create something as good looking as your zoo.  Nice work!
